Responsible Gaming Policy
Quartz Rabbit Lounge (quartzrabbitlounge.com) supports responsible play and provides resources to help you stay in control. Last updated: May 27, 2026.
Play responsibly
- Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or recover losses.
- Set a budget and time limit in advance; stop when you reach either one.
- Do not play when upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
- Know the rules and odds; outcomes are random and past results do not predict future results.
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
Account and limit tools (if available)
If our services offer player-protection controls, you may be able to use features such as deposit/spend limits, loss limits, session time limits, wagering limits, reality checks, cool-off time-outs, and payment-method controls. Where available, these tools are accessible in your account settings or by contacting support.
If you believe your account has been compromised or you cannot control your play, contact us to request a time-out or self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion and time-out requests
- Email contact@quartzrabbitlounge.com or call with your request.
- Include identifying details needed to locate your account (e.g., name, email/username) and your requested duration (time-out or self-exclusion).
- We may ask for verification to protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized changes.
- During exclusion, account access and marketing communications may be restricted as applicable. Removing an exclusion may be subject to minimum periods and safeguards.
You can also seek state/tribal program exclusion options where applicable (see regulator resources below).
